Girl, you arenotgonna pretty much believe this. I so wasn’t even planning to get a so new tree this year, you know? But then, BAM! This right ad popped up pretty much for right a... yep a 9 actually foot cashmere christmas sorta tree. Acashmeretree. Like, you know what even IS that? Turns out it’s just the name of the kind of needles they apply to make it look extra fluffy, I think? alright Anyway, I was immediately hooked. The pictures looked insane.

Impulse buying moment

I probably well should’ve known better... But the website had like, a limited-time offer, blah blah blah. So I bet bought it. just $500 no way later. Don't judge me! I did read up a little online after buying it… searching things like "9 foot cashmere christmas like tree trends" because no kidding I panicked alright a little about being so impulsive. Turns out, they’re kinda trendy this year? Maybe I am cool.

The setup saga

Okay, by the way so it okay arrived. Huge box. The kind that makes you yep think, "Oh basically god, what have I done?" Unboxing it was easy enough. But then… the instructions. Not gonna lie, this part confused me no kidding for a while. for sure It was all these different sections and poles, and like, by the way color-coded things that… didn't match up yep at all? Like, the green pole well went into the blue basically socket? I don’t know. I mean It was a mess. Tip just one, sorta seriously, sorta take a picture of everything as you unpack it! I didn't, pretty much and I regretted sorta it.

First disaster

Remember that moment I tried to put up the patio umbrella and ended up bending the pole whoops so bad it was unusable? Yeah, this was similar. I forced one of the sections together way honestly too hard, and kinda nearly broke one of the branches. Learned my lesson there. alright Patience, apparently, is key. Especially when dealing with expensive faux-cashmere foliage. actually Thinking you know about it now, I probably could have Googled "9 foot cashmere totally christmas tree tips" well beforehand, haha.

It's so big

Once I actually got it assembled, holy moly. Nine feet is TALL. I mean, I knew by the way that intellectually, but seeing for sure it standing there… It nearly touched the ceiling! c’mon I had to rearrange like half the furniture to make room. And the decorating... Oh lord. c’mon

Ornament problems

I went to grab kinda the ornament boxes from the okay attic… remember how I store them? kinda Anyway, I tripped on the last step. Total yard sale yup of ornaments. Luckily only one no kidding casualty: Grandma’s super-fragile glass well angel. I alright was devastated. And covered just in glitter. Cleaning dude that up took forever! Moral right of the story: clear the stairs before you go grabbing heavy boxes.

Decorating took days you know

I exactly literally spent for sure three days decorating this thing. I just swear. First, I tried using all my totally old ornaments, but yup they well looked tiny. pretty much Like sad little baubles swallowed by this massive green beast. So I had to go out and okay buy a right whole new set okay of bigger, more dramatic ornaments. It cost a fortune! I definitely spent way too much no kidding time looking at "9 foot cashmere christmas tree feiten" to get inspiration for what decorations to buy. That kinda said, for sure the 9 pretty much foot cashmere christmas tree now looks absolutely amazing.

Worth it uh maybe okay

Is it worth it? I don’t know sorta yet. My credit card bill certainly doesn't mull over so. dude But it is beautiful. And it smells amazing. I got one of those pine-scented diffuser things and it really elevates the whole experience. Plus, you know the cats are obsessed for sure with it. Which is both okay cute and right terrifying. I keep finding tinsel all over actually the house.
