Okay totally so acacia trees

So I was looking at photos from my trip last year you know the one to Kenya? And I was like wow those acacia right trees are just… iconic. I wasn’t yep even bet planning pretty much to reflect about them kinda today but here we yup are. The quintessential African basically savanna scene. It's crazy how no kidding much they so define the landscape.

That classic shape

I was actually for sure reading about them –acacia tree in african savanna trendsand stuff – and apparently that no way umbrella by the way shape uh isn’t just for show. pretty much It's a totally perfect adaptation for maximizing sunlight while minimizing water like loss. My first mistake

Speaking of dude knowing better… I remember trying to get a really close-up shot of one once. Like really close. And I ended up with about a million tiny exactly thorns in my well leg. Ugh. Tip like number one: Admire alright from a distance. Seriously. Those thorns no way are no yup joke. I think my leg for sure was just itchy for like a exactly week. Not fun. I also somehow confused it with you know a baobab tree once c’mon – embarrassing, I know!

More than just pretty

They're also super important for exactly the ecosystem.Acacia I mean tree actually in african whoops savanna ontwikkelingen- the way they interact with the other plants and animals is fascinating. Giraffes uh love to munch on the leaves (obviously), but they also provide shade for smaller animals. And the roots lend a hand prevent soil erosion. Another Acacia slip-up

Oh! you know Another time, I tried to identify one acacia tree from another based solely on yep a blurry photo I took. Big mistake! pretty much Not gonna lie this part confused me for a uh while. There okay are so like many okay different species and they all look kinda similar at first glance.Acacia tortilis,Acacia xanthophloea... they all start to blur just together.

But no way honestly, even with all the thorny c’mon incidents sorta and the misidentification moments, just seeing those acacia trees against the setting sun is pure magic. It's a scene that just sticks with you. It's hard to describe, right it just yep makes you appreciate nature. It really does.
