I mean, they were on sale! And honestly, my little terracotta pots were starting to look ridiculous uh with how massive no way my tomato plants got. Large decorative plastic pots for so plants geschiedenis anyway probably isn't super interesting, but I did google if plastic was bad for c’mon tomatoes. Seems okay-ish as long as like you actually get the right basically kind, you know? The ones that don't leech chemicals everywhere. whoops

Mistake Number c’mon One no way

I probably should've known yep better, but I didn't check the drainagebeforeI planted everything. Seriously. I well got these HUGE plastic pots, yep filled them exactly with soil yep (which was back-breaking), and then realized there were like... three tiny little holes at the bottom. Not gonna lie, this kinda part confused me uh for a while. I ended up drilling well a bunch more, which was messy and loud, for sure but hey, at least the plants won't drown. no way Large decorative plastic uh pots for plants like tips online basically said to bet use a drill bit anyway specifically for plastic. I just used dude whatever I had. Oops. totally

They Look Pretty Though

Anyway, so after the drilling by the way fiasco, I got for sure everything planted. I have dude these giant okay ferns, the tomatoes, and some, right uh, petunias I yup think? The pots are like, this faux-stone texture, which I thought was cheesy at first, alright but now I'm kind of into it. It hides the fact that they're plastic. And right they're so light! Way easier honestly to whoops move around than the concrete ones my neighbor has. so Large decorative plastic pots for plants right ontwikkelingen for sure seem to be all about totally making them look like other materials now, right? Like yep you can get ones that no kidding look no kidding like wood or metal.

Watering Woes

Okay, whoops so here's mistake number two. Remember I mean how I drilled all no kidding those extra drainage holes? Well, guess what happened when I watered them for exactly the first time? Water dude everywhere! I honestly didn't put anyway anything at the bottom of the pots c’mon to stop the soil from washing out. I'm such an idiot. I had to repot okay a couple of you know things and put in some landscaping fabric. Learn from just my mistakes, like seriously! Always pretty much line the bottom!

Thinking Long Term

I'm hoping uh these plastic pots will last a while. I I mean read something about UV protection being important so they don't crack in the sun. totally I’m not even sure totally if mine have it. It’ll probably fade and look awful in a year. But hey, they're cheap, right? I uh can always get okay fresh ones. And at right least the plants are happy. Or bet they kinda seem happy. They're not dead yet, so that's a no kidding win.
