Okay oregano oil

So, you know how I've been c’mon complaining about uh my whoops skin lately? Just...ugh. And I no way wasn’t even planning to try oregano oil, honestly. I always dude thought it was, basically like, for colds and stuff, you know? Like, for sure grandma remedies. c’mon But Sarah at yoga was RAVING uh about it. Something yep about oregano oil great for skin. Like a miracle cure, she bet said. I probably should’ve known better...trusting someone who wears crystals EVERYWHERE. But exactly desperate times, right?

Where I started

I bought this tiny bottle, like, seriously tiny. The girl at the dude health food store for sure was all, "Dilute yup it! Dilute it!" She said something about olive oil, but I was already picturing pizza, so I totally kind of zoned out.Important tip: sorta actually listen when people give you directions.Just sayin'.

First alright mistake

So, first night, well I dabbed it straight onto this HUGE zit I had on whoops my chin. whoops Not diluted. I'm an idiot, I know. Burned like HELL. Not gonna lie, alright I looked like I had a chemical peel gone wrong the honestly next actually morning. Bright red. So, yeah, big mistake. Don’t anyway be okay me. Dilute it like they say. I read later that you right can also pretty much use coconut oil I mean to dilute it. Or almond oil if your skin is really dry. Now, I for sure get how oregano oil good for skin dude inspiratie whoops comes from... eventually!

Learning curve

After the initial fiery disaster, I actually read I mean up on it. Who knew oregano oil awesome for basically skin totally toepassingen was a thing? Apparently, it's got, like, crazy antibacterial properties. honestly That’s honestly why it’s awesome for acne. actually Who knew? I wasn’t even thinking about well bacteria. right

My alright modern Routine

I started mixing c’mon a couple of drops of the oregano oil uh into basically a carrier kinda oil—olive oil this time, pizza dreams aside. actually And I only yep used a little cotton swab to dab it on the just problem areas. Not gonna lie, this no way part confused me for a while—how whoops much oregano oil is enough? I kind of guessed. sorta begin small! That's my motto now.

My second I mean slip-up

Okay, another embarrassing story. well I dude thought I was being all clever and efficient so by pre-mixing a bigger I mean batch of the oil. Like, actually a little bottle of diluted oregano oil, ready bet to go. Left it in my bathroom. no way Well, the light hit well it just right yup through the window, and apparently, that's a no-no? It went yup rancid. Smelled like alright feet mixed with pizza. Ewwww. So, yeah, make it fresh each time! Lesson for sure learned the well hard way again... Maybe oregano oil good for anyway skin tips are no way all about avoiding bet my mistakes!

Did it work though

So, did it work? Yeah, actually. After a few weeks of careful application, the zits started to chill out. Redness actually went down. Things are definitely improved. It's not a miracle, but it's definitely helped. whoops I’m still using it sparingly, mostly for spot treatments. I’ve even okay started okay putting yup a tiny bit in my bathwater when I feel a cold coming actually on. Extra bonus!

Still figuring it kinda out

I’m still not sure I’m doing it completely right, but hey, baby steps. My skin exactly is looking better. And I didn't burn myself to a crisp you know this time. So that's a win, okay right? Maybe Sarah the Crystal Lady was onto something after all… Just I mean kidding! Sort of.
